About Dr. Anderson
Professional Background
As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Anderson provides individual and group therapy services to diverse populations in a wide range of ages. Dr. Anderson graduated from Regent University, and holds a Master’s and Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at the Southern Louisiana Internship Consortium (SLIC). Both her graduate and internship programs were APA-accredited, where she received excellent education and training in assessing and treating a variety of psychological conditions. Her professional areas of interest and expertise include but are not limited to: relationship struggles, adjustments and life transitions, sadness/depression, anxiety/fears/phobias, low self-esteem, stress management, OCD, trauma/PTSD, Christian counseling/religious issues, women’s issues, health struggles, and grief/loss therapy.

On a more personal note, Dr. Anderson hails from South Africa, and is bilingual in English and Afrikaans. She is an avid international traveler and enjoys salsa dancing, outdoor activities, and vacations to beautiful beach locations.
